Trice Construction's Experience
Trice Construction has a successful track record of completing projects comparable in size and scope to
those of utility restoration work. We have successfully completed thousands of projects which range in
size from 750-1,000 square feet. Our skill-set has developed into an organization with the expertise to
deliver multiple packages of projects across the greater Chicagoland area.
Trice, and its predecessor firm, has served the city of Chicago and its surrounding communities for
the past 40 years. We have extensive knowledge of the city and its neighborhoods and have completed
projects for a diverse clientele throughout the region.
Leadership
Stephanie Hickman, president and CEO of Trice Construction Company, is a veteran of the concrete business,
as well as the electric and natural gas utility industry. Ms. Hickman grew up in the concrete industry as
her family owned and operated a concrete contracting firm. Having served in executive and senior management
positions at Exelon Corporation and Duquesne Light Company prior to the acquisition of her family's company,
Ms. Hickman's last energy industry position was vice president, Legislative Affairs at ComEd, the Chicago
based utility subsidiary of Exelon. She was responsible for managing state legislative issues, initiatives
and relationships for ComEd. As the vice president of Human Resources for Exelon Energy Delivery (EED), Ms.
Hickman managed a budget of $15 million and directed a staff of 60 employees. Previously she served as a
vice president in Exelon's unregulated business unit, director of Human Resources for the Midwest Region of
Exelon Nuclear and as a director in corporate labor relations at ComEd.

Illinois and concrete flatwork projects for commercial clients such as Better Built, Steele & Loeber, Danley,
